The Art of Nothing
Negative space accentuates us all. It allows us to see where something that is not our truth ends and we, in all of our truth and authenticity, begin.
Music has profound absence of notes and it accentuates the notes that follow just as art has places for eyes to not see things so the things that are there stand out!
We need that dynamic interplay between positive and negative to give us contrast and meaning Gives us complexity and choice as to what gets left behind and what we bring along, and it is our call to make.
REFLECT BACK TO OTHERS THIER VALUE… help them understand all they are and all they are not both have great importance to the whole picture. One cannot be without the other. We are not meant to be all or be nothing.
People need your guidance not your force. This is what the 6 simple steps in my course do.
